The Leadership Assessment and Summit focuses on the leader's BEing versus simply providing more skills to DO. As Christ like leaders we need to focus on who we are and how those around us percieve what we model.

• This On-site, 48 hour (3 days - Afternoon, Full Day, Morning) intensive summit experience is based on Relational Leadership as measured by Emotional Intelligence.
• We will provide a 360° assessment for 5-8 of your key leaders. This is done by giving the 7 people closest to each of these leaders the assessment to take on that leader’s behalf. This is done online through email automated assessment forms, and the information is completely anonymous and confidential.
• We will take these 5-8 leaders and work though experiential education and instruction to find a game plan for utilizing strengths to work on weaknesses.
• This Process is intense and can feel invasive at times. Growth is hard and sometimes even painful. This is the price of effective leadership and if you are willing, this will be one of the most valuable experiences of your life.

     Would you recommend a Leadership Summit to someone else and why?

• Definitely. I gained a ton of insight into how others perceive me & feel about my leadership abilities. I believe in order to be a better leader, that is extremely important. Also, people were very loving & respectful during emotional times.
• Yes. A good place to work on boundaries & to discover the blind spots of sin in our lives.
• Absolutely. If someone is willing, God can do amazing things. I wish I had been working on this stuff ten years ago.
• YES! It was fun. It was a time to finally pinpoint what has been going on for a long time. I’m excited for the next part of this journey God has me on.
