The SCMD Assessments and Summit focus on the heart of the participant in their Discipleship Process.  Here at RLM we Disciple people through the Share, Connect, Minister and Discipler model.  Most assessment focus on the habits of a disciple (Bible study, prayer time, service, etc.), however this assessment focuses on the Heart of the Disciple.  

• This 48 hour (3 days - Afternoon, Full Day, Morning) intensive summit experience is based on numerous self-assessments and a 360° assessment focused on the following traits:

  Fruits of the Spirit	Balanced Life
  World View	Relational Meter

• We will take 5 to 8 leaders utilizing experiential education and instruction to discover your personal milepost on your journey of becoming a Christian Disciple.
