The Discovery Assessments and Summit focus on how the leader looks at the world around him/her. We introspectively define your internal compass, the way you are "wired" and methods of communication and processing information. By knowing who you are and how you tick, you can begin to align with the Will of God and help bring about His Kingdom.

• This 48 hour (3 days - Afternoon, Full Day, Morning) intensive summit experience is based on numerous self-assessments focused on the following traits:

  Core Fears	Self-Deception

• We will take 5 to 8 leaders utilizing experiential education and instruction to discover your personal strengths and self imposed obstacles for becoming what God wants you to be.
