| Key Area Assessment
- A 60 question assessment that helps pinpoint where your church shows strength and/or weakness in our five key areas as well as your ability to create and sustain change.
- This is a web based assessment that you, your key leaders and congregation, if you so desire, will be given access to through a individual log code sent by email.
- Through the data, we are able to get an accurate picture of your church’s current condition so that we can give accurate feedback and help formulate an effective Game plan.
- Attention is given to your strengths in order to utilize them to bring about healthy change in creating Biblical Disciples in a Relational Environment.
48 Hour Key Area Breakthrough Summit
- An On-site, 48 hour (3 days - Afternoon, Full Day, Morning) intensive workshop that helps your church process the data received by the assessment. This workshop gets to the root of relational and systematic dynamics that work against your success as a relational disciple making church.
- We will use some analysis, experiential learning, and information transfer to help process, in a healthy way, the data received.
- We will help you brainstorm a game plan for shoring up weaknesses by intentionally utilizing your strengths.
- Up to 15 of your key leaders (Staff, Elders and any other “Key Decision Makers”) need to be able to participate

Would you recommend a Key Area Summit to someone else and why?
- Yes, people don’t do a very good job at self assessment typically. It’s good for people to have a honest look at where they are at, so they can allow changes to be made, so they can serve God to the best of their ability.
- Yes, a great weekend and time to get on the same page. Our facilitator was awesome. He seemed to be one of us. Our concerns were his concerns. I felt he really cares for our church.
- Yes, because it challenged me to do & be better.
- Yes - the chance for community and open communication with permission to be honest with others in a safe environment.
