God has brought Real Life Ministries (RLM) through a significant journey over the last eight years. We have a pressing desire to share what God has taught us with others. RLM has created a culture of Biblical Discipleship through Relational Environments. The journey with the DMP, if you choose to walk with us, is a process. This process involves adopting a culture versus finding a quick fix. We will help you discover where you are as an individual, as His body, and set goals for becoming more Christ-like as individuals and as an organization.
Outlined below are the levels of Discipleship which we offer to other churches and Christian organizations. Again I must stress that the tithes within RLM remain within the local church and all of these outreach efforts are funded through your support.
If we were to meet for an hour a week, we would need to meet for 144 years to equal the waking hours that Jesus spent with His disciples. Jesus journeyed with His disciples daily. The DMP would love to be able to do just that, but it is not possible to do so, therefore we have created the following relationships to foster our two way communication.

6 - Relational Discipleship Newsletters a year
- Interviews with staff, Home Group Leaders about experiences in relational discipleship
- Skill sets for use in small groups
- Personal assessments and tool to assist in becoming more Christ-like.
6 - Webinars with RLM staff and disciplers a year
A Webinar is an on-line mini-seminar. A 15 to 30 minute video would be watched prior to the Webinar. You would then log into the webinar and call the conference call number and an on-line presentation and discussion of the video would ensue. Attendees could present questions on their computer while listening to responses by staff on the conference call.
Access to a Discussion board about Relational Discipleship
A discussion board is where you can ask questions of the RLM staff or make comments about Webinars or training and read responses from them as they are posted. This discussion leads to great insight shared by all involved on the board.
Pastoral Relational Discipleship Retreat
Annually Partnering Pastors will be invited to a pastoral retreat for a small group facilitated by Jim Putman and key staff at Real Life Ministries. This retreat will be scheduled in the winters at Red Horse Mountain
