As we journey through our Christian life we must remember to assess how we are doing in our Christ likeness.  We must focus in on great aspirations not ambitions of greatness.  We must concentrate on Being Christ-like, not Doing Christian things.  This is a difficult task.

The DMP has developed assessment tools and associated Summit experiences that allow us to take the time out from our lives to focus on God, to retreat and rest in the wilderness and assess our Christ likeness.

We don’t dislike change  —  We dislike being changed  —  We need to understand and value the need to change as we are the only one’s we can change.

Listed below are the assessments and summits currently offered through the DMP to other Christian organizations. The typical assessment and summit process involves distribution of the assessment followed by a three day retreat to seek what God is showing us in the results.

Discovery	It's not hard to count the seeds in an apple, but how can we count the apples that can come from a single seed? An individual journey discovering how God made you and how best to use the gifts He has given you. Done as a group of leaders from a single organization.
Key Area	A 360° assessment of how the organization sees itself with respect to the Five Key Areas. (Philosophy of creating Biblical disciples in a relational environment, Relational Leadership, Sense of Team, System of delivering Christ to the congregation, Methods of Implementing Discipleship). Done as a group of leaders, elders, volunteers and staff from a single organization.
SCMD	Where am I on my discipleship scale? An individual journey to discover where my heart is in the discipleship process with respect to the Christian Heart. Done as a group of leaders from a single organization.
Leadership	Evaluating the perceptions of those around you in your relational leadership skills and working towards being Christ-like in our leadership.
Team	Does the organization function as a team? A journey for the group to truly become a team. Done as a team of elders, leaders, staff or ministry.
System	How well does your congregation feel the leadership relates with them? A journey to see how we are meeting the relational needs of the people. Done as a group of leaders from a single organization.
Implementation	How well do we coach, mentor or disciple our people. A journey to discover your unique coaching style and putting it to work for God. Done as a group of leaders, elders, volunteers and staff from a single organization.
